Birthday Gift ideas : "The Best Christmas Blogs of 2011"

Holiday spirit brings us all closer together. We come together with our families, loved ones, and our friends. Have you ever asked yourself what is this Christmas spirit, and where does it come from ? We are exposed to the spirit near the end of Halloween by the retail shopping stores we all visit each weekend. Our favorite stores put up massive displays of Christmas trees, and decorations throughout the store. Our favorite Christmas carols are heard in the background as we go about our shopping.
We see ads and displays on bill boards and buses. Our television brings us wonderful Christmas ads of toys and electronics that are available at our favorite stores.

The Christmas spirit has started. It seems to be everywhere in the air, our thoughts, and in our minds. All of us love the Christmas holiday season, and we have fond memories of when we were all children and were told at a very young age about Santa Claus and the idea of Christmas spirit. We were told that Christmas is a happy time when families and friends come together and celebrate the Christmas holiday and share stories, songs, and gifts. We were told the beginnings of Christmas in a biblical sense. The name Christmas comes from the name of Jesus Christ who was born in the small town of Bethlehelm in a manger out side, because there was no more room in the Inn. We get Christmas from Christ and we celebrate his birthday every year on the 25th of December. This was a glorious day for mankind because the Christmas spirit was spread throughout the world by Jesus in his teachings giving all who believed eternal life in Heaven.

A lot of us has seen the movie a "Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens where the character Ebenezer Scrooge cannot stand the very thought of Christmas Spirit. His workers and the community suffers because of this. He is treated as an out cast and is known by the village as an old scrooge. He is shown what the Christmas spirit is really all about  by the ghost of Christmas past, present and the future.

The Christmas spirit is in all of us from birth. The spirit is the capacity to love one another, and care for each other on a daily basis. We love to share with our friends and love ones. We come together and celebrate in groups and by ourselves.

Merry Christmas from Starr Gifts !
